Participants

Thousands of Internet service providers (ISPs), home networking equipment manufacturers, and Web companies around the world have come together to permanently enable the next generation of Internet Protocol (IPv6) for their products and services. While the number of IPv6-enabled websites, networks, and devices continues to grow, the links below show the organizations who successfully committed to participating in World IPv6 Launch as of 6 June 2012.

Major websites are permanently enabling IPv6 starting 6 June 2012 at 0000 UTC on their main websites: www.facebook.com, www.google.com, www.bing.com, and www.yahoo.com will all be reachable over IPv6 from that time.

If you plan permanently to enable IPv6 on your main website, or have already done so, please join the list of participating websites using this form. (Registrations are now closed).

This is about main active business websites. We are not documenting IPv6 specific websites such as www.ipv6.example.com or mirror sites. We will have a dashboard that will indicate whether or not your website is indeed reachable over IPv6.

Please note, we plan to take registrations for websites until May 30.
